(A-maz’ing) 1. SHANNON GRAHAM 2. SUPRISING GREATLY 3. INSPIRING AWE
Ladies and Gentlemen, I have bragging to do! Try to take this in the humblest way that you can, however, I know sometime my excitement gets out of control. Some of you know that Shannon (as a newly appointed Shift Supervisor at her Starbucks) had entered into a ?Blend Off? competition where you take from the Starbucks coffee beans and you create your own blend. She happened to combine my top three favorites 
(which I will leave off this email incase we have some trivia questions at a later date in time) and she created ?Arabian Mocha Amour.? (She did have a little help from her husband and Dave Carey with the logo / stamp featured on the left). She found out this past weekend that she made it into the top 5 and they would announce the winner at the District Coffee Forum (which was today). Many of the district employees along with the DM, AM, and Store Managers attended and sure enough as if you didn?t already know…Shannon won! Now it would be great if they placed it on the Starbucks? shelves across America however, we haven’t received word of that just yet.THEN to make the day even more exciting they also announced that my wife, your friend, sister, daughter, (or whatever else she might be to you) was the District Barista of the Year! The favor of God rests on this woman. She hasn?t even been their for a complete year yet! I have always known how amazing, and gifted my wife is the world is just getting their first taste! We praise God for all the open doors this will bring to Shannon and for the chance to live out the character of God that?s within her.
So to congratulate we?re on our way out to Coldstone Creamery with Dave and Liz. Congratulations Shannon we are all very proud of you and your hard work ((and the new press that you won will be put to great use at the DC Design lab)).
